MAM upgrades Alarm monitoring System
We have recently supplemented the existing and extensive security systems at MAM with the installation of a GPRS signalling system using radio link as its primary signalling path which remains backed up by telephone lines.
The self-contained 5-Acre site in Cheshire already has 24-Hour CCTV monitoring in place, as well as manned security lodge and smoke detection systems across the site… our clients remain safe in our hands… and MAM remains with up-to-the-minute installations across the site.

COPING WITH THE SNOW!!!
Even with the exceptional weather conditions across the UK right now (on-site temperature this morning was minus 11 degrees…) MAM has been in full-effect following our return from the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
We have welcomed a new client for 2010 into the fold with pre-booked containers arriving this week, with much of the stock then required to be re-configured and picked to order and shipped ‘same-day’ via pallets overnight by time-specific deliveries to final destinations… now THAT is what we call service!
As you can see from the aerial shots taken from the offices… all the work is keeping the Upper Site busy whilst the Lower Site has been deemed unsuitable for HGV’s in the short-term… see the track marks! As a result we have utilised the warehouse transfer bays moving stock internally from warehouse to warehouse… end result being that all shipments are maintained.
So whilst the eagerly anticipated Manchester Carling Cup Semi-Final between our beloved City and United has been ‘put-on-ice’ so to speak due to the extremes of weather… MAM has carried on regardless!
Did we mention… MAM famously has both Blue and Red decorated offices inline with our divided boardroom devotion to the two clubs.
Certainly part of the workforce is going to be happy by the end of February by seeing its chosen club progress to Wembley!

Hours of Business
MAM will close for our traditional seasonal holidays on Wednesday 23rd December 2009 at 1.00pm and will re-open for business on Monday 4th January 2010.

Just when you thought the media had put the final nail in the coffin of ‘physical’ sales of music and movies with tales of t’interweb and piracy killing it all… along comes a new contract into MAM which sees the pre-retail department handling literally tens of thousands of units per week… shipping to UK, Irish and European outlets day-in and day-out!
