E-Commerce Music Department expands
With an increasing ‘roster’ of artists/labels/management companies seemingly increasing on a daily basis… it has been great to see the department increasing turnover to such heady heights as 70% in what has been a particularly challenging year in industry… well done to all the team in the hive of activity that is the e-commerce department!!!
Even in the crazy season that is December… ALL orders are guaranteed ‘same day pick… same day ship’… with thousands of parcels leaving the premises every week across the globe.

Pomona Books
Another new client to MAM is Pomona… a UK-based purveyor of top-quality books, spanning music, football, poetry, and literature. Each book is beautifully housed in a generic 'house' style and, among its authors, are Simon Armitage, Hunter Davies, Ian McMillan, Barry Hines, Trevor Hoyle, Mark Hodkinson, Ray Gosling, Clancy Sigal, Boff Whalley.
MAM is handling the B2C deliveries and has included the range as part of our own online retail outlet at www.mamstore.co.uk

New Clients and New Prospects
MAM remain busy with site visits from prospective new client’s right up until Monday 21st December… at least it keeps us on our toes!

When stuff goes Wrong.... time to call MAM!
A recent job has come via a well known sports manufacturer that found on receipt of let’s say… a rather large quantity of touchline sports water bottles… like a couple of articulated lorries worth that the screw-cap just didn’t ‘unscrew’!
A case of it definitely NOT doing what it said on the tin… or more to the point the bottle!
Anyway… who you gonna call… MAM Pre-Retail Services of course.
A new top has been sourced and the job is underway.

New Mezzanines and Dedicated Pick Locations
MAM has recently begun installation of a new dedicated area of almost 10,000sq.ft. to e-commerce storage and pick pack… this photo gives an indication with the new staircase and the ‘below stairs’ benches in preparation for a new client in January 2010.
