MAM handles incoming calls and online order-taking. We make return calls to customers with respect of enquiries and order taking. We handle returns. MAM handles the receipt of mail-order coupons and banking of cheques. Indeed we can handle all aspects of Mail Order enquiries, order taking and reporting without making it into some kind of "other-worldly" remote call-centre science. Our team are friendly, courteous and efficient.
Another major asset is that the team is on-site with the warehouse… it certainly helps for synergy and understanding.
